Ringkas Secures 5.1M USD Pre-Series A Round to Accelerate the Vision of an Embedded AI Infrastructure Platform for Mortgage Financing in Southeast Asia

Singapore, 21st May 2025 — Ringkas, an embedded infrastructure platform focused on simplifying and scaling access to mortgage financing, is proud to announce the successful closing of a Pre-Series A round. 5.1 million USD was raised in this round, participating investors include Flourish Ventures, Kadan Capital, as well as several strategic and existing investors.

This marks a pivotal step in the company’s mission to enable millions of people across Southeast Asia, starting with Indonesia, to achieve homeownership through smarter, faster, and more accessible financing solutions.

This new funding will strengthen Ringkas’ position as a transformative force in financial infrastructure by enabling the development of future AI capabilities and expanding regional reach. The company is accelerating talent acquisition efforts, especially in Agentic AI, calling for world-class talent from across Vietnam and Southeast Asia to join in building the future of embedded financial services.

Currently, Ringkas has rapidly scaled its operations, establishing a presence in 47 cities, collaborating with 150 property projects, and building partnerships with 29 banks through 700 branches. These achievements lay a strong foundation for the next phase of growth and innovation.
